Method of preparation - chicken tajine with

olives

pan or pot and cook chicken until it takes a

 nice brown color. We move the chicken to

a plate and set it aside.

Add onion and garlic to the same bowl and

cook until onion is soft.

Add turmeric and saffron with the

remaining mixture of spices. Cook for a

minute and add water, chicken broth and

cinnamon promises.

Add the chicken and let the mixture boil.

Place it in an oven tray, cover with

aluminum foil and cook in a preheated

oven of 200 ° C and cook for 1 - ½ ساعة
